Jamal Murray:

Murray went from committing silly rookie errors in the first half to becoming Denver’s savior in this game.

More from Nugg Love

Murray hit the clutch to seal the game with less than a minute to go and showed great leadership running the point guard position. His confidence continues to grow and could serve him well as the year goes on.

Another key aspect that Murray showed was the ability to do everything on the offensive end. He finished with over 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Whether this could keep up in a real time NBA game is certainly still be figured out, but Murray did show his potential in this game.

Although his defense is still lacking to be NBA caliber, if Murray can continue to have nights like this, there will always be a spot for him on any NBA roster.

Whether you like Murray or not, he is a piece of Denver’s future for a while.
