The Denver Nuggets ran the New Orleans Pelicans out of the Pepsi Center.

The Denver Nuggets came into this game wanting to bounce back after the embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Portland Trail Blazers.

More from Nugg Love

They did just that with a huge 146-114 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Despite the physicality of Demarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis, the Nuggets were able to overcome the star Pelicans front court with great performances from their back court with Jamal Murray and Gary Harris hitting seemingly everything they hoisted up from three point territory.

Murray had another 30+ point game as he led the way in scoring between the two teams with 31 points. This 32 point win is exactly what the Nuggets needed to regain their confidence, especially since 14 of their next 20 games happen to be on the road.

With Murray and Harris clicking on all cylinders and Jokic and Millsap looking very solid as well, this team looks as if they can compete with anyone in the NBA right now, and yes, I said anyone which includes the Celtics, Cavaliers, Spurs and Warriors.

All five of the Nuggets starters finished in double figures which needs to become a common thing to see if Denver wants to get going on a nice hot streak of their own like the one Boston is currently on in the league.

The ball movement of the offense was terrific and even though Davis went out with a concussion in the third quarter, the defensive rotations for the Nuggets also looked solid. All in all, it was a very fluid performance for Denver and it was one of those nights where anything they put up found the the bottom of the net for another score.
