After losing their second straight, Denver looks to rebound tonight against the Orlando Magic. The Nuggets own one of the best home records, and one of the worst road records in the NBA. After losing two straight, Denver is fortunate to still possess the current six-seed in the West.

However, if they don’t work out these road woes soon then this six-game road trip could bite them late in the season. The Magic are 6-5 at home and 11-15 on the season. Similar to Denver, Orlando features a lot of young talent and an up and coming star in Aaron Gordon.
With Orlando’s second leading scorer out (Fournier), Denver has a legitimate shot at stealing one on the road. Denver will need to contain Aaron Gordon though, and get some bench production.

Match up to Watch- Nikola Vucevic vs. Mason Plumlee
Nikola Vucevic can certainly go off for big scoring nights on occasion. And without both of Denver’s starting big men, containing Nikola will be crucial. Denver may start Faried at center again tonight, but Malone will certainly look to Plumlee to be the Vucevic stopper through much of the game. If Mason can prevent a big scoring night from the talented center, and win the rebound battle, then Denver has a shot at winning this important game on the road.
