Any Denver Nuggets fan knows what it is like following this team and how something bad always seems to happen at the most in-opportune times.
The Denver Nuggets came into this season with high hopes and post season aspirations despite being in the competitive Western Conference.

With a new look starting line up and a new max contract free agent in the mix, things were looking very promising for this growing Denver Nuggets core. Then, in typical Nuggets fashion, bad luck struck.
Paul Millsap went down with a wrist injury just when he and Jokic were figuring each other out and it sidelined him for half of the season. To add insult to injury, Jokic was also hurt for a handful of games and the Nuggets were once again looking for answers just as they were the year before.
Denver has had some nice stretches this season, but far too many stretches of losing streaks with strings of bad luck and poor decisions. Every Denver fan should know by now if they have been a fan for more than four years, this franchise is the epitome of Murphy’s Law. In other words, anything which can go wrong, will go wrong for the Nuggets.
Think about it, this team was looking like a lock to make the post season a couple of months ago. Instead, they are on the outside looking in just like they were last year and this time, they have no one to blame but themselves. If the Nuggets were to lose every single one of their remaining games while every other team in the playoff race wins out, I actually would not be surprised at all.

Why? Because that is the Denver Nuggets’ luck and it has been this way since they came into existence. They are the NBA’s definition of Murphy’s Law.
