Denver Nuggets at Bulls: Grades
By Mathew Huff
Nikola Jokic-A
Jokic had a typical Joker game. He had a great all around game and stuffed the stat sheet offensively.
Jokic scored 15 points on 66.7% shooting from the field and also collected seven rebounds. Nikola also showcased his passing ability by finishing with five assists.
He also did a great job stretching the defense as he finished with nice a 75% three point shooting percentage which helped open up the Denver Nuggets’ offense.

Jokic had struggled the last couple of games before this, however, he had only played so many minutes in those match ups whereas he played 28 minutes of action.
The only knock against him this game was that he committed five turnovers, but that tends to happen when you are used as the focal point of the offense.
This is the type of game we have became accustomed to seeing from Nikola Jokic and we will expect to see for this coming regular season.
Let’s hope this will give the Joker some momentum going forward to start the regular season off on a high note.
